* For the 2008 birth year, fall 2022 8th graders only, NO 9th graders.

 

What should my player wear?

Players will need soccer cleats, shin guards with socks over guards, and water.

 

Do all U13/14/15 players need to go to assessments?

No. Only players who wish to assess for placement on the OFA premier travel team for their birth year must attend assessments (statewide travel for games is possible). All players who do not attend assessments will be placed on OFA development teams (games will be in Grants Pass, Central Point, Medford, or Ashland).

 

Are there any assessments for younger players?

No. Teams in our Kinder through U12 divisions are formed by school groups and any specific requests we receive. We try our best to keep soccer fun by placing players on teams with their friends.

 

When will the rosters for the premier teams be posted?

OFA staff will post rosters on our website on June 1.

 

When should I register my player(s) for the fall season?

Fall registration will be open June 1 through July 1. Any player who is registered after July 1 will be placed on a waitlist and will incur a $25 late fee. Finding quality volunteer coaches for 1000 players takes some time, and we greatly appreciate your help by registering early!
