OFA Coach Requirements
Register ONline
All coaches must register online on our Sports Connect (OFA) registration site. The best time to do this is when you register your player. Click HERE to register as a coach.
OYSA Background Check
Step 1: Click here to create an account in Sports Affinity (OYSA).
Step 2: Select a season from the drop-down menu on the left.
Step 3: Enter your existing user name and password or create a new account.
Step 4: Follow the steps to complete the registration process.
Step 5: Email OFA once this process is complete: registrar@oregonfutbolacademy.com
Heads up concussion course
Step 1: Click here for concussion course.
Step 2: Enter your existing user name and password or create a new account.
Step 3: For new accounts, follow the link provided in your email to access the course.
Step 4: Complete the heads-up concussion course.
Step 5: Email your completed certificate to OFA at registrar@oregonfutbolacademy.com.
Safe Sport Mandatory Reporter course
Step 1: Click here for Safe Sport course.
Step 2: Log in or if you are a new user create an account
Step 3: Complete the Safe Sport course.
Step 4: Email your certificate to OFA at registrar@oregonfutbolacademy.com.
*The Safe Sport mandatory reporter course is a requirement, and the first time through this course will take approximately 90 minutes. All subsequent annual Safe Sport renewals will be an abbreviated version of this initial course.

Kinder - August 14th & 15th
5pm - 6pm
