OFA team Gear Policy

Policy: OFA Team Gear
Purpose
To maintain a consistent, professional image across all OFA teams while ensuring compliance with club standards and partnerships, this policy outlines the requirements for OFA Team Gear provided to players and staff.
Standards

Approval Requirement

All OFA Team Gear designs will be set by the Directors of Coaching or the Executive Directors prior to production.

Use of any OFA logo, crest, or branding without permission is strictly prohibited.​

Brand Guidelines
-
Training tops must be Adidas-branded or have no visible manufacturer logo.

No other apparel brands or visible logos will be permitted.

Purchasing Protocol

Coaches are responsible for coordinating and purchasing Team gear in bulk for their entire team through OFA.

Individual player orders will not be permitted to ensure consistency and pricing control.

Club Accountability

Any training tops or gear made or distributed without prior approval from the Directors of Coaching or Executive Directors may result in disciplinary action, including:

Formal warning

Suspension from coaching duties

Removal from the club, if necessary

Enforcement
This policy applies to all OFA coaches, staff, and teams. Compliance ensures that our players represent OFA with unity and professionalism both on and off the field.
